《茶經(jīng)》The Classics of Tea

唐代中期，陸羽的《茶經(jīng)》問世?！恫杞?jīng)》是中國乃至世界現(xiàn)存最早、最完整、最全面介紹茶的專著，被譽(yù)為茶葉百科全書。此書是關(guān)于茶葉生產(chǎn)的歷史、源流、現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)以及飲茶技藝、茶道原理的綜合性論著，是劃時(shí)代的茶學(xué)專著、精辟的農(nóng)學(xué)著作。書中有闡述茶文化方面的內(nèi)容，將普通茶事升格為一種美妙的文化藝能，推動(dòng)了中國茶文化的發(fā)展。
